Kit of 4 Metalnerd® brand specialty tools for changing the timing belt on TDI® Engine codes BEW and BHW. Chassis include all 2004 and most 2005 Golf®,Jetta® and New Beetle® and 2005 Passat®. Note: This kit once contained the MN3333 for adjusting 2-hole tensioners found on some early BEW engines. Customer feedback has indicated that the replacement tensioners accept a 6 mm hex key for rotating the tensioner hub.
Check your replacement tensioner for a hexagon hole. If it does not have a hexagon hole and only has two pin holes for turning the hub, you may want to order the MN3333 sold separately below.
