Stage 1

At TuneZilla, we strive for an OEM level of drivability and reliability. Our team of calibrators from around the world work meticulously to deliver repeatable performance on all of our base maps. One of the major differences between our tunes and most of our competitor's tunes is our linear OEM-like throttle response. Most other off-the-shelf tunes advertise an attractive peak power figure but suffer from a sudden drop in torque and a lower torque curve throughout the remainder of the RPM range. Our tunes are designed to make the most usable and consistent power curve possible to maintain a strong pull without a heavy fall-off midway through the power band. All while generating peak power as early as possible in the RPM range.

MPI Support

For Stage 2 vehicles wanting to add Multi-Port Injection to their vehicles, TuneZilla now offers MPI support on Stage 2. This fuelling upgrade allows owners the flexibility of future upgrades and raises the ceiling of the potential power output by adding 4 more injectors into the intake. A low pressure fuel pump upgrade is required as well. MPI Files are not available on Instatune, you will need to make a Tune Request in the TuneZilla Portal App.

Flex Fuel Support

Flex Fuel is made possible with Stage 2 by upgrading the fuelling system and adding an ethanol sensor. Benefits of ethanol is the cooling effect it has on the intake air temps. Lowering risk of knock, more efficiency during combustion, and the ability to advance timing even further to produce more horsepower. The true flex fuel tune allows the vehicle to self adjust based on the ethanol content in your fuel. Simply add E85 to your tank and let the vehicle do all the math to adjust timing and boost.

Stage 3

Partnering with our friends from Turbo Concepts we utilized their MQB performance turbo (TCQ38600) which is capable of supporting 600 crank horsepower. Paired with the required hardware upgrades, this setup can produce 500 wheel horsepower with ease.
